As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (BHSc) + a practicing Health Coach at Be Well by Dr Frank Lipman, a qualified Yoga Teacher + an Instructor at the highly acclaimed, spiritually aware fitness method; The Class by Taryn Toomey It is at the very top of my list to educate + hold space for people to recognize their innate ability to heal. I believe in the tremendous power of the human body. When we are able to take a step back + give ourselves permission to slow down + listen with more intention to our physical, mental + emotional bodies; very profound things can happen. Sometimes we need some direction but it is ultimately up to us.

I will work with you based on your current level of experience to create unique sequences designed to guide you deeper into your health + wellbeing.
